TentUtsav is a tent-house management service for bookings, inventory, dispatch, returns, customers and team coordination. This policy explains information handled through tentutsav.com, its web app and support channels. The local Arvind Sound enquiry page also follows this policy. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
We process account details such as your name, email, mobile number, organization and language preference. When you use business features, we process the customer contacts, event dates and addresses, booking details, stock records, dispatch and return entries, collections and team information you enter. Public enquiries may include your event requirements and contact details. Share only information you are authorized to provide; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
When you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides an identity credential containing your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile name, and may include your profile picture. We use the identifier and verified email to authenticate you and link your existing TentUtsav account. Our current backend reads the identifier, name and verified email; it does not save your Google profile picture. It may read a phone number if present in the credential. We do not receive your Google password, and this sign-in flow does not request Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Calendar events or contacts.
Information is used to sign you in, maintain your session, provide organization-based business features, respond to enquiries, coordinate requested services, resolve support issues and protect accounts from misuse. Business records are available to authorized members of the relevant organization according to their access. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising. Google account information is used for the sign-in and account features described here.
Authentication cookies and tokens keep your session working. Browser storage may remember language and app preferences. The installed web app and service worker cache app resources for loading and updates. Clearing site data can sign you out and remove saved preferences or cached resources. Technical services may process request details, browser and device information, errors and performance measurements to operate and secure the website.
Our hosting, infrastructure and authentication providers process information needed to deliver the service. These include Cloudflare for website delivery, proxying, security and performance services, Render for backend hosting, Google for Google Sign-In, and the database infrastructure used by the backend. Authorized organization members can access business records as permitted by their roles. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect users. We do not make private account or business records public through the website.
Clicking WhatsApp opens a draft on WhatsApp; you review and send it yourself. Clicking a Google Maps link opens Google Maps. Those services handle information under their own policies. A message or call you send to Arvind Sound is used to respond to your requirements and discuss availability, booking and support. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
Account and operational data is stored in backend systems and databases; app resources and preferences may also be stored on your device. Providers may process data outside your location. We use HTTPS for transmission and account and role controls to restrict access. No online system can guarantee complete security. Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain business records, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed with these needs; necessary retained records and backup copies may remain until their normal retention or replacement cycle ends.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information or TentUtsav account by emailing [email protected] with the subject “TentUtsav privacy request”. Send the request from your registered email where possible and identify the account and request. We may verify identity before acting; never send your password. For organization-owned booking or customer records, contact the organization administrator as well. You can remove TentUtsav access in your Google Account connections settings. Removing Google access does not itself delete an existing TentUtsav account or business records. There is no automatic account-deletion button promised by this policy.
TentUtsav is intended for business owners and authorized team members, not for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us to review removal. We may update this policy as features or data practices change and will revise the date shown on this page. Material changes to Google data access require appropriate disclosure and consent.
